Abel's Flash Point Apparatus
As per IP 33/59 & IS 1448 P :20
This method determines the closed cup flash points of petroleum products and mixtures to ascertain whether they give off inflammable vapour below 73°F or 49°C. The instrument comprises of electric heater at bottom and is supplied with a water bath cup cover fitted with stirrer, thermometer, sockets & stand.

Bomb Calorimeter

Cleveland Flash Point Apparatus
As per IP 36 & IS 1448
This apparatus is used for determination of flash and fire pt. of petroleum products except fuel oils and those having an open cup flash below 79oC. The apparatus consists of a cup, heating plate of specific dimensions, and thermometer clip and test flame attachment with service joints for passing over test liquids surface in the prescribed manner. Heating is controlled by means of energy regulator fitted to apparatus Suitable for operation on 220V. AC. |

Copper Strip Corrosion Test Apparatus
As per IP 154 is 1448
This method describe procedures for the detection of the corrosiveness to copper of aeration gasoline, aviation furnace fuel, automotive gasoline, farm tractor, fuel dealers (standard) solvent diesel fuel, oil (distillate), and certain other petroleum products. The App. Consists of a bath large enough to accommodate 6 Bombs made as per specifications.

Distillation Apparatus
Our distillation apparatus are used for determination of distillation characteristics of petroleum products. These consists of metal shield to support distillation flask with geared height adjustable device. It also have a slot for vapor tube and a glass window is provided in front side for clear view of inside objects. In addition to this, our product also have cooling bath or condenser with M.S. black painted stand. Moreover, our range is supplied with three square asbestos boards with 38 mm, 50mm and 70mm holes. |

Some of the structural specification of our product are:
- Coat of better mineral and glass wool insulation prevent the loss of heat during test
- Have silent circulation pipe, FHP electronic motors that ensure uniform circulation of liquid inside the chamber bath.
- Have two sided glass window that provides internal visibility of object inside bath
- The bath has 4 to 6 holes for properly holding viscometer tubes of different sizes
- Provision of illumination is also available in the viscometer bath.

Pensky Martens Apparatus
As per IP 34 ASTM 93 – 58T & ISI 1448 (PI) 1960 & 1209 – 1953 Method 8
This method is intended for the determination of the open flash point and fire point of petroleum products except when the clean and open cup is specified.
The Apparatus consists of brass test cup with handle removable cover, with spring operated rotating shutter for smooth operation, having a pilot jet, stirrer with flexible shaft, the assembly rest in air bath which is covered with umbrella shaped S.S. Steel top. The cup if fitted with insulated handle and locking arrangement near cup flange. The assembly rests on a round shaped heater with different temperature regulation systems, Suitable for operation on 220 V AC. |

Redwood Viscometer
Our range of Redwood Viscometer are designed for viscosity tests of petroleum products. These confirm to requirements of IP 70. In addition, we have two kinds of redwood viscometer with different functions. Our one range is used for liquids having red wood flow 20 seconds to 2000 seconds and the other is used for liquids whose flow time exceeds 2000 seconds.
