  To give back to society from the earnings of Scientific International, we have initiated a drive to promote Science education for Visually challenged students. We went to a blind school near Gurgaon (Haryana) and donated science models to the students.
These models are "touch & Learn" models. We would like to take this drive to other schools in India.
We noticed that instead of money these students need time of the professional volunteers who can teach them basic science concepts. Another important contribution what we can do is create models which these students can touch and visualise the functioning of various machines/gadgets etc.
All the school kids make models as part of their curriculam, instead they can make 20% of them which are aimed to provide support to blind students.
We request all the like minded people to come forward and join our hands to help these visually challenged students to become self reliant and important contributors to our society. |
